We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@purrnest.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including items damaged due to misuse, or items returned after the 14-day window.

Damaged or wrong items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it at no cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
